“Xiaohan” means “Minor Cold” and is the coldest time of the year. We think everyone should stay home and warm with their loved ones and have something smooth and sweet together during this time.
For our winter beer, we brew an English stout with dark-roasted malt and cocoa beans grown in Pingtung, Taiwan. In “Minor Cold,” you will find roasted, milk chocolate, coffee and caramel flavors balanced with its medium and silky body. We are pretty sure this tasty beer will get you through the winter.
