We respect the good beers, and we want you to be happy with all of our beers.
Therefore, we will do everything in our power to assure that your package arrives safely. However, on the rare occasion that you have an issue with your order, please accept our apologies and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

  1. What happen if I found the items I received were incorrect?
    In the event of missing or incorrect goods received, please contact us within 3 working days of the delivery. Kindly attach a picture of the incorrect item in your message. Please keep the items to be unused, unopened & undamaged until we resolve the issues.

  2. What if my item is damaged in transit?
    In the event an item damage before it reaches your hand, we will process your replacement order. Please email us at or or or Call 03 9548 0665 within 3 working days of the delivery and attached a picture of the defect item in your message. We will either arrange for a replacement of the item or refund the price or provide in store credits.

  3. What is the beer is flat or has any other issues?
    Please email us or call us so that we can provide a replacement, refund or in store credits. If you have purchase multiple quantities of the same beer, please leave the remaining beers unopened & undamaged for a refund.

Please note that we have the rights to consider eligibility for a re-ship of an item or process refund on a case-by-case basis.
