這是李白《春夜宴桃李園序》的開場吟詠，啤酒頭藉由這段詩詞指出一系列年度酒的方向。
【逆旅】選用美國加州「蓋爾德蒸餾廠 Guild Wineries and Distilleries」的葡萄白蘭地桶，熟成帝國司陶特 Imperial Stout。香草、巧克力與果乾香味，伴隨幽微白蘭地芬芳，這是人生寓所的迎賓樂曲 -《查拉圖斯特拉如是說》交響詩。
