  1. When will my order arrive?
    • Klang Valley, Same day delivery for orders before 8.30 pm

    • Outside Klang Valley / West Malaysia, Gdex will deliver within 3 days - 2 weeks.

  2. What time will I receive my order ?
    Klang Valley, our delivery starts from 3pm.
    The average waiting time is 4 hours from your order.

  3. Can you deliver to an office by 6pm ?
    Office address, cut off time 2 pm for same day delivery

    In the special instructions box, please indicate that this is an office address and require urgent shipment before 6pm.

    Also, please call us call us at 03 9548 0665 to remind us about the urgent shipment.

    We will do our best to reach your office before 6pm.

  4. Do you deliver to Sabah/Sarawak?
    Sorry, we do NOT deliver to Sabah/Sarawak.

  5. How much are shipping/delivery charges?
    • Klang Valley / Kuala Lumpur area:
      Above RM 150, free delivery.

      Below RM 150
      Lalamove system auto calculate rates based on your location.

    • Other areas (e.g. Penang, Johor, Pahang, Perak...)
      Gdex service: RM15 flat rate

      6 bottles and above
      Gdex service: RM10 flat rate

  6. Who arrange for delivery ?
    Farmer's Bar has already paid for all deliveries and we shall arrange for all delivery services. 

    Please do not make any payments to any logistical company or 3rd party delivery companies. If any driver or rider attempts to collect a delivery fee from you, please immediately refer them to us.

  7. What are the delivery hours ?
    Klang Valley / Kuala Lumpur, Delivery hours 4pm - 8.30pm everyday

    If you are out of Klang Valley / Kuala Lumpur, we are sorry that it is not possible for you to choose the exact time or date of delivery.

    No morning or noon delivery as we are still closed.

  8. Can I order in advance or schedule delivery for another day ?

    All Klang Valley / Kuala Lumpur deliveries are completed on the SAME day.
    Only order on the day you wish to receive.

  9. What happens if I am not at home when the package arrives?
    • Klang Valley / Kuala Lumpur: package will be sent back to us. You need to arrange for self collection.
    • Outside Klang Valley: our courier will leave a contact card in your mailbox. You need to arrange another delivery attempt or pick-up options in your area.

  10. How do I know if my order is shipped?
    Klang valley / Kuala Lumpur: You will also receive an email notification from us that your order is on the way. 

    Other areas: Email will be sent with Gdex tracking number

  11. What happen if my items yet to arrive?
    Klang Valley / Kuala Lumpur, normally you will receive your order by 8pm. If your order has not arrived, please call us 03 9548 0665 immediately.

  12. Do you have a physical store for walk in purchase ?
    Yes, Avenue K, Bandar Puteri Puchong, Subang Parade & Kota Damansara. 

  13. Can you deliver to a PO Box?
    Sorry, we are not able to deliver to a PO Box address.

  14. Can you deliver to the guard house security officer or hotel receptionist?
    Yes, only if your guards allow.

    Please ensure the receptionist / guard house / security officer is able to receive parcels on your behalf and please inform them a parcel is on the way. 

    However, please take note we are not responsible for any lost or damage to the parcel.

  15. Can I buy as a gift for someone else?
    Yes. However please follow the rules below to ensure a smooth delivery:

    1) Strictly NO surprise gift allowed.
    2) Key in your details (buyer) in the billing section.
    3) Key in the Malaysian mobile phone number of the receiver.
    4) Ensure the address of receiver is accurate.
    5) Key in details of the receiver in the shipping section.
    6) You must inform the receiver a parcel is on the way.
    7) We are not responsible for any lost parcels & no refunds given. 
    8) Again, Please ensure all the details are accurate.

  16. Malaysian mobile numbers only
    When sending a parcel with Lalamove, Their apps requires us to key in a Malaysian mobile number for all recipients.

    Without a valid Malaysian contact number, we are unable to press the send button, and thus your parcel will be placed on hold.

  17. Why is surprise gifting not allowed ?
    We have encountered situations where the receiver is away on a holiday, refuse to accept parcels, wrong address, wrong phone number, busy in a meeting, and won't pick up the phone call.

    This causes inconvenience to our 3rd party delivery person as the delivery attempt is unsuccessful. The package will be returned back to us and your receiver have to arrange for self collection.

    To ensure a perfect delivery, kindly inform the receiver a parcel is on the way.

  18. Do you deliver outside of Selangor ?
    Yes. We deliver throughout West Malaysia by Gdex.
    e.g. Penang, Johor, Ipoh, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and etc by Gdex.

  19. Can you insert a gift note ?
    Yes, we will print the gift note and insert it into the package for free.
    You must type in your gift note in the special instructions box at the cart area.

    We will NOT accept gift notes request via phone calls as there could be pronunciation, misunderstanding or spelling errors. So, please type in the gift note a the special instructions box at the bottom of your shopping cart.

  20. What is Klang Valley / Kuala Lumpur (Same day delivery) ?
    Puchong, Subang, Kepong, Petaling Jaya, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, OUG, Ampang, Kepong, Selayang, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, USJ, Damansara, Cheras, Mont Kiara, Sungai Long, Kajang, Desa Park City, Shah Alam, Sentul, TTDI, Bandar Utama, Klang (Not the port), Sri Petaling, Putra Heights, Bukit Jalil, Kota Kemuning, Brickfields, Bangsar, Segambut, Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Taman Melawati, Bangi and more...

  21. What is NOT considered as Klang Valley ?
    Sepang, Semenyih, Setia Ecohill, Rawang, Morib, Tanjong Sepat, Batang Kali, Bukit Beruntung, Kuala Selangor, Pulau Indah, Sekinchan, Serendah, Kapar, Nilai, Banting, Bandar Puncak Alam and more. Orders to these locations are sent using courier/transporter which could take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks.

  22. My order arrived 8 hours later, why sometimes so slow ?
    Farmer's Bar depends on 3rd party logistics such as Lalamove to deliver our parcels. Usually all parcels are delivered within 4 hours. At times, drivers are late to pick up the parcel and late to arrive due to many circumstances.

    Among the issues faced are traffic jam, heavy rain, motorbike broke down, tayar pancit, went to wrong address, phone rosak, driver accepted other people's jobs with multiple stops along the way, unable to find driver, driver cancel order, road block problem, rider forget to update the app, rider accepted the job but did not arrive and etc. Such issues are beyond Farmer's Bar control.

    However rest assured, it will indeed arrive on the same day as promised.

  23. I am planning to go out in 2 hours time. Should I order now and wait or only order when I am home ?
    Only order if you are planning to stay home for the day, or if there is someone already at home to help receive parcels on your behalf. If the Lalamove rider fails to deliver, the package will be returned to us at Puchong, and you will need to arrange for self collection.

    Please only order if you are at home.

  24. Can you do special packing such as Beer Flower, Hamper ?
    Sorry, we do NOT provide any special packing services.
    If you require special packing, kindly contact your local florist for professional packing services. 

  25. Any minimum order ?
    There is no minimum order.

  26. Can 1 order be delivered to multiple addresses ?

    1 order shall ONLY be delivered to 1 address.
    Our system does not support multi address.
    Since we don't have any MOQ, Please make separate orders for different addresses.

  27. Can I order online and self pick up ?
    Sorry, there are NO self pick up options at the moment. 

  28. Why are items out of stock ?
    A walk-in customer buys up the inventory coincidently with your online order.

    In this scenario, we will call you for replacement ideas or make a refund on the missing items.

    A refund will require your full name, IC number, bank account number and bank name (as required by our corporate bank).

  29. Should I keep the beers or consume them ?
    Please consume the beers upon purchase. 

    Although some beers are known to be barrel aged / botted aged, majority of the other beers (90%) has a best before date within a few months.

    Generally, beers are not wine, not whisky. Beers can't be kept for years and years. So please drink your beers fresh! No refunds for expired beers.
