Dual Coasts is our East meets West coast DIPA. We use an aggressive west coast water profile with a whirlpool of Simcoe and Columbus and a Simcoe, Columbus, and Citra dry hop to give you the best of both styles. Pouring a hazy golden yellow, we get pronounced aromas of apricot, citrus peel, and earthy pine. Hop-forward and assertive flavors start with mixed citrus, yuzu, pine, and melon with a touch of apricot and a juicy but slightly dry finish, complemented by a pointed bitterness, bringing you a bit of each coast in every sip.
