Taiwan Head Brewers Imperial Stout 2023 (Yang Chun) 陽春 (330ml)

"Yangchun" uses the golden wine plums brewed from "Spring Equinox", crushes the pulp and adds it to the fermentation tank, then mixes it with dark malt and cocoa beans to brew a dark imperial stout beer. The aroma of plums comes to the nose, and the flavors of toast, biscuits, and chocolate are present in the mouth. The smooth and refreshing sweetness and oak aroma support the entire wine body.

「陽春」使用釀造「春分」的黃金酒梅，打碎果肉後加入發酵槽，搭配深色麥芽與可可豆，釀成深色帝國司陶特啤酒。撲鼻而來的梅子香，入口有烤土司、餅乾、巧克力風味，滑順又清爽的甜感與橡木香氣支撐著整個酒體，你會很難想像這隻酒有10%的酒精度。適合現在飲用享受易飲的梅子帝國司陶特，也可陳放數年後，享受複雜度大增的桶陳香氣。
