Taiwan Head Brewers Imperial Oatmeal Stout 啤酒頭 幾何 桶陳帝國司陶特啤酒 (330ml)

“Ji-Her” (means “Continuation”) is our annual release of 2021 with “Wei-Huan.” Ji-Her is an Imperial Oatmeal Stout fermented with sun-dried orange peel, European oak, and Scottish ale yeast. Fig, cocoa, and malty flavors go hand in hand floating on the beer’s silky and round body, and you can hardly tell it has 13.4% ABV.

“Oh heavens, Wei-Huan Ji-Her?” (how long will the happy moment last?) asked the Chinese poet. “Yup, time is so subjective but we believe you may find your answer and the timeless eternality in this beer,” replied the brewers.

歡愉的時光還能維持多久？配方上使用了大量的燕麥，搭配重烘焙麥芽與二砂糖，並加入陳皮與歐洲橡木一同發酵，造就滿滿果乾、可可、麥芽甜味、稠滑酒體，與超高酒精度 13.5% 的帝國燕麥司陶特。

「年度酒說的就是時間的故事。」啤酒頭在 2021 以陳皮香氣的古樸風格，詮釋「如何讓時間不止息」的亙古提問。
