West Coast IPA was the rage until Haze took over. Our modern spin on a WCIPA provides a neutral malt canvas and allows the hops to shine brightly. El Dorado and Idaho 7 hops were used in abundance to impart piney and tropical fruit notes supported by a firm WCIPA bitterness. Inception is a reminder of the origins of a solid WCIPA.
