This specific Framboos has a final fruit intensity of 310 grams of raspberries per litre of finished Framboos. The lambikken used come from three barrels and six different brews. We used a bit of our own lambik wort to start the fermentation in the bottle.
Fonteinen Framboos is the slow and all-natural maceration of hand-picked whole raspberries on traditional lambic. No addition of juices, syrups or artificial sweeteners. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.
