Guyu is a Belgian Pale Ale brewed with local oolong tea grown at high attitude. The distinctive flavor from oolong tea blends harmonically with the fruity flavor of our house Belgian yeast.

節氣「穀雨」在「清明」之後，此時雨水增加，作物增長，古諺「穀雨始，萬物生」。穀雨是與茶葉連結最深的節氣，大陸西湖龍井有所謂「明前茶」和「雨前茶」，雨前茶是在穀雨前採收的春茶，屬上品。
「穀雨茶啤酒」加入了臺灣本地栽種的烏龍茶釀造，濃厚麥芽味和烏龍茶香搭配比利時酵母獨特的甘醇，顏色淡並保留瓶內發酵的酵母，是一首和諧的春天之歌。
