A vinous imperial Baltic porter aged in Tawny port wine casks for 22 months.
Taste:
The initial taste mirrors the aroma – juicy and chocolatey. The mid-palate is roasty with malty and cocoa notes. The aftertaste features rye bread and chocolate, with a hint of fruity sweetness returning. The finish is long, leaving a pleasantly warm sensation in the mouth.
Appearance:
A dark brown beer with a beautiful, long-lasting light brown head.
Nose:
The aroma is juicy and chocolatey. Notes of cherry, ripe plums, subtle vanilla, as well as chocolate and freshly baked rye bread, can be detected.
