A rich imperial Baltic porter brewed with bison grass to celebrate Baltic Porter Day 2025.
Taste: This full-bodied, drier-style beer is inherently sweet-bitter. The initial taste reveals dark chocolate, a pinch of vanilla, tonka bean, and cocoa. In the mid-palate, the same herbal notes found in the aroma emerge. The aftertaste is long and dry, bringing forward dried dark berries, with a lingering warmth of alcohol and a slightly spicy glow.
Appearance: A dark brown beer with a finger-thick, beige, and well-lasting head.
Nose: The beer is strongly aromatic, with notes of vanilla, chocolate, cocoa, as well as herbal and minty hints from bison grass.
Malts: Pilsner, Cherry smoked pale ale, Red rye crystal, Chocolate rye, Carafa special T-3
Hops: Azacca
