Saison, a forgotten and under appreciated beer was once served to refresh and replenish farmhouse workers in Belgium. We've added a modern twist to this refreshing ale, with bright floral, bubblegum and white pepper notes from our farmhouse yeast blend, and topped it off with Mosaic in the dry hop. Dry, Crisp, Hoppy, Saison is making a Resurgence!
