这款“回溯”(Anadromous)使用了顶峰酒花(Summit)酒花进行酿造。它首先在法国橡木桶中发酵，继而加入酒香酵母(Brett and Critters)在黑品诺与威士忌桶发酵，最后在瓶内自然发酵而成，经过三次发酵的它显得与众不同，值得一试。
